I am looking for a good way to teach my daughter computer programming. Ideally I would like to find a Gaithersburg summer camp, or year-round program in Gaithersburg to be our resource. Is your program typically held as a summer camp, or do you operate year-round? FYI, my daughter is a 10 year old 5th grader. I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks! Dear Panda Programmer, i am the father of 2 elementary school aged children (an 8 year old and a 10 year old). We homeschool our children. Is there a summer camp for computers class? My 9 year old child wants to be a programmer. 🙂 I am looking for a summer camp situation for a week or 2 to give her a taste of computer programming. But not just playing games, I want her to have instruction. I’ve heard good things about kids learning Scratch. Help?
