Silver Spring families have convenient access to Panda Programmer’s highly rated summer camps and after-school coding classes, held at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. Our Silver Spring programs are designed for children in grades 1 through 8 who want to explore computer programming, robotics, Scratch, Python, and hands-on STEM learning in a fun and welcoming environment.
Parents throughout downtown Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Long Branch, Four Corners, Woodmoor, and nearby neighborhoods choose Panda Programmer because our teaching approach combines engaging instruction with meaningful, project-based learning. Whether your child is just getting started with Scratch or already curious about Python and robotics, our experienced instructors help them learn at a pace that feels encouraging and achievable.
Our Silver Spring Summer Camp blends daily lessons with guided project time, creative challenges, screen breaks, and opportunities for students to share their work. Campers design games, animations, interactive stories, or robot programs that strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Families can explore weekly schedules, tuition, sibling discounts, and registration information on the Silver Spring Summer Camp page.
Throughout the school year, many Silver Spring families participate in our after-school or weekend classes. Our instructors are patient educators and skilled programmers who know how to make complex ideas fun and accessible. Because class sizes are kept small at the Silver Spring location, every child receives personalized guidance and support.
